1. Use of the Service

• You may use BranchAudio only for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to harm the service.
• You must not upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

2. User Content & Liability

You retain ownership of any text or audio you submit. By using our tools, you grant BranchAudio permission to process your content solely for providing the requested service.

Liability for Generated Content: You assume full legal responsibility and liability for the text you input into our Generative AI tools (such as Text-to-Speech) and for any subsequent distribution, publication, or sharing of the resulting audio. BranchAudio acts solely as a neutral software provider and does not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated audio.

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not store it beyond the time necessary for processing.

3. Acceptable Use of AI Tools

When using our Generative AI features (including Text-to-Speech), you strictly agree NOT to:

• Generate audio that impersonates real individuals, public figures, or celebrities without their explicit consent (Deepfakes).
• Create content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or constitutes hate speech.
• Generate audio intended to deceive, defraud, or spread malicious misinformation.
• Use the service to generate unauthorized copyrighted material.

4. Purchases and Refund Policy

BranchAudio offers paid credit packages for extended use of our generative AI tools (such as Text-to-Speech). By purchasing credits, you agree to the following refund conditions:

• Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have used less than 5% of the purchased credits.
• Non-refundable: If you have consumed 5% or more of your purchased credit balance, or if more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, your order is strictly non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, branding, and logos related to BranchAudio are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep BranchAudio available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BranchAudio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BranchAudio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to BranchAudio, and immediately ban your account and revoke any purchased credits without refund, at our sole discretion and without notice, for violations of these terms—especially regarding the misuse of our AI tools.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
